November 2025: The plans are becoming more concrete

Together with the architect, we are in the midst of working out the basic requirements for the building. We are primarily concerned with the rough room layout, the planned areas of use, and the most important wishes and needs that are to be implemented later.

The challenge of bringing both office space and community space together under one roof is particularly exciting. This makes the planning a little more complex, but it also opens up many creative possibilities for optimizing the spaces to our needs while remaining flexible.

All these considerations and consultations serve to ensure that we can submit the building permit application soon.
