The new construction project is a means to fulfill our mission: making disciples to serve the Church of Christ. We want to bring together the various ministries, the offices, the publishing house and shipping, as well as the seminars and workshops in one place, in order to serve more effectively.

Private Loan
A private loan increases our financing ability with the bank. The private subordinated loans are classified by the bank as equity capital. Alternatively, we can have your loan secured by the bank and repay it at any time in the event of repayment through construction financing. Either way, we save the interest that we would otherwise have to pay for a construction loan from the bank or foundation. With an amount of €1,000, this results in an annual interest saving of currently €40.
Process
Step 1:
Fill out the loan agreement (name, address, amount, term) and send it to us.
Step 2:
We will send you back the countersigned loan agreement.
Step 3:
Transfer the loan amount directly to our bank account.
Step 4:
After receiving the transfer, we will send you a payment confirmation. We are always available to answer your questions and thank you in advance for your support!
Details
- You provide the EBTC with at least €1,000 as an interest-free loan.
- A loan agreement will be concluded.
- The loan should be available for at least one year from receipt of payment.
- The timing of the loan is flexible.
- The amount is transferred to the EBTC account.
- We save interest equal to the amount of the loan.
- After the term expires, either a repayment or an extension will occur.
- An early repayment of the loan is possible at any time.
